CVC was founded on February 29, 1996 by Gary L. Jurek, Ph.D.
The business is headquartered at 852 Chippewa Avenue in St. Paul, MN. This is also the home of Gary, his wife Rose Allen and their children Paul and Anna Rose Jurek.
The name is in honor of the Minnesota State Capitol building located several miles to the north and west. This grand building is visible from Gary's home if you climb on the roof. Being a handy fellow, Gary occasionally finds himself roof-side and can enjoy the view which inspired the name of his business.
