Gary L. Jurek, Ph.D., president of Capitol View Consulting, Inc., has 30 years in public, private and corporate education with extensive international training experience.
He is a member of the Project Management Institute and a PMI "Registered Educational Provider" Charter Member. In addition he is also a Quality Evaluator for the Minnesota Council for Quality.

He is presently a Project Management curriculum advisor and Associate Professor in the Project Management Masters Degree Graduate Program at St. Mary's University of Minnesota. He has been a St. Mary’s College faculty member and taught classes for the University of St. Thomas, Hamline University, and the University of Minnesota.
He is past-president of Sociologists of Minnesota and Ninos del Paraguay.
He loves Rose, Paul, Anna Rose, children, fly fishing, and his Harley (in that order).
