Successfully Managing Projects focuses on three skill sets that support successful project management:
1. A solid understanding of project management fundamentals
2. Effective leadership skills that support the management of a project, project client relationships, and project teams
3. Use of Microsoft Project For Windows (Version 4.1) for project planning, scheduling, and project tracking

This seminar will be valuable to project managers, project coordinators, and project team members who need a common grounding and working knowledge of project management fundamentals, relationship management, and Microsoft Project for Windows. The workshop uses current participant projects as case studies.
